With a passion for education and a commitment to client success, our Consultant is an invaluable asset, helping individuals embark on transformative journeys with confidence.
Our Education Counsellors listen to, empathise with, encourage and help to empower individuals. Advise students in individual or group counselling sessions to address their academic, personal and social needs. Help students to devise attainable goals and develop useful skills or habits. Evaluate students on their competencies, interests and ambitions to identify suitable academic and professional pathways.
The Visa Coordinator’s role is to Preparing documents and ensure that the Visas are processed in a timely and professional manner. Implementing and maintaining electronic and traditional filing systems to keep track of the Visa.
Design the processes and workflow of delivery of visa assistance service to direct applicants from initial contact to submission of visa application. Provide clear communications with prospective students on visa requirements in both written and oral form. Guide applicants and their financial sponsors on preparing documentations required for visa application. Conduct compliance interview with prospective students as necessary to assess applicant’s intention to study. Vet applications including verifying completeness & validity of documents before submission.
